Dashboard settings and views

Prior settings

The Flash Report statistics are based on the values specified in the company settings, in Commercial management > Front Office > section Sales indices (cf. Company Settings):

  • Receipt number calculation rule,

  • Consider return lines.

Query

If there are sales for the selected period, the statistics are presented as follows:

Fields

Description

List of registers

You can select the register of your choice from this list since all the registers attached to the store of the connected user are proposed.

Periods

Periods are defined as follows:

  • Today: means the current system date and not the opening date of the selected register. To display the sales of the day, the opening date and the system date must be identical.

  • This week: the previous week from today.

  • This month: the previous month from today.

  • This year: the previous year from today.

  • Customized: choice of start and end dates via a calendar.

If no sales exist for the selected period, the mention "No statistics found" is displayed.

Prices

Allows you to display the financial indicators with or without taxes.

List of salespeople

The drop-down list displays all the salespeople attached to the selected cash register. The value All salespeople displays the statistics of all salespeople combined. To get the sales statistics of a salesperson, select him/her from the list. Statistics will be displayed immediately.

Store objectives

The daily objectives are displayed here, according to the settings defined in Front Office > Sales > Store goals.

  • Total sales: Total sales in the given period for the registers and the salespeople selected.

  • Remains for sale: Store objectives - Total Sales.

Indicators

Several indicators are proposed:

  • Total sales: Total amount of sales of the items for the selected register, period, and salesperson. The sales taken into account are the items of type Merchandise, for which the option Included in indices is checked in the item record.

  • KPI statistics: Total amount of sales / Number of receipts.

  • Discount granted: Sum of the discounts of type Line, Total invoice, Sales condition, and Price list.

  • Sales index: Number of items sold / Number of receipts.

  • Number of items sold: Number of items sold for the selected cash register, period and salesperson.

  • Number of receipts: Number of receipts for the selected cash register, period, and salesperson.

Viewing data

  • Sales: This part is only visible if the option All salespeople has been selected. It allows you to visualize a salesperson’s share of sales in relation to the total sales. To view the exact percentage of a salesperson's sales, hover over his/her name with the mouse.

    • Department: This part displays the amount of sales by Department (default criterion) or by Category, Subcategory, or one of the user-defined tables for items, depending on the selection made with this button . Depending on whether or not the option All salespeople has been selected, the display can be obtained collectively or by name.
